Management Reports

We understand that all organizations have unique payroll reporting requirements. In many organizations, payroll is the largest cost; therefore, understanding the ‘ebb & flow’ of the dollars is critical. Coastal Payroll has many levels of reporting to meet each client’s needs. Our applications have 4 levels:

Service Bureau Created Reports – Clients receive standard PayChoice reports each pay period. CPS can customize reports and produce them at any frequency. General Ledger reports are the most frequently requested reports.

ASCII and CSV Style Reports – Deferred compensation partners often require unique layouts for data. CPS will create reports that allow the client to transmit directly to the Third Party Administrator.

“Do-It-Yourself” Reports – Paychoice Online and Paychoice Connection each have reporting capabilities that clients can create and print at their location.
