Erica has a background in office management as well as online sales. She has worked in both Wildland Dispatch for the U.S. Forest Service and for the San Diego Sheriff's Department in the Detentions Booking Department. She has also volunteered with the Friends of the El Cajon Library Bookshoppe for 15 years and managed their online books sales.
